AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAVIER OF DRIVEWAY
SPACING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALLRIGHT L.R., INC.,
LOCATED AT 800 WEST CAPITOL, LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
waiver of driveway spacing requirements for the City of Little Rock for Allright L.R., Inc.,
located at 800 West Capitol, as follows:
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from provisions of Section 31 -210
requiring driveways be spaced 100 feet from intersections and center to center spacing be at
300 foot to allow one driveway with 30 foot spacing from intersecting street right -of -way and
75 foot center to center spacing for two driveways.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
