AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A REVISED
PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
DAIRYLAND - REVISED PCD (LEASE PARCEL #2)
(Z- 6318 -A) LOCATED AT 16,111 CHENAL PARKWAY
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD.
Part of the West % NW % NW 'A, Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13-
W and part of the NE 1/4 NE V4 and NW '/4 NE 1/4, Section 1,
T -1 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more
particularly described as: Beginning at the
Southeast corner of the said NE % NE '/4, Section 1;
thence N89039118 "W along the South line of said NE 'A
NE 1/4, 1313.80 feet to the Southwest corner thereof;
thence N89039118 "W along the South line of said NE
1/4 NE '/4, 54.02 feet; thence N22032'00 "E, 99.25 feet;
thence Northeasterly following the arc of a 746.20
foot radius curve to the left having a chord bearing
and distance of N12001158 "E, 269.32 feet; thence
N01038'10 "E along a line which is 30.00 feet East and
parallel with the West line of the said NE '/4 NE V4.
591.20 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line
of Chenal Parkway; thence Southeasterly along the
said South right -of -way line following the arc of a
894.93 foot radius curve to the right having a chord

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Dairyland - Revised PCD (Lease Parcel #2) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 and hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
