AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AND MASTER STREET PLAN
RADIUS REQUIREMENTS FOR WELLINGTON VILLAGE
ROAD (S- 1042 -K).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to
provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and
Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Winrock Corporation, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -209 requiring 900 feet centerline radius
for minor arterial streets be reduced to 650 feet. Specific waiver is for
radius on Wellington Village Road as reflected on preliminary plat for
Village of Wellington, Phase 8.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after its passage.
