AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MABELVALE
CUTOFF AND CHICOT ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for deferral of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for City of Little Rock
located at Southwest comer of Mabelvale Cutoff and Chicot Road as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication per Master
Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for ten (10) feet of right -of -way on
Mabelvale Cutoff and Chicot Road and 20 feet radial dedication at intersection for a
period of 2 years or until property redevelops which ever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
