AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AND MASTER STREET PLAN
SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR SILVERWOOD
CORPORATION FOR EAST SIDE OF WEST 32ND STREET
AND SOUTH SIDE OF BROWN STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for
Silverwood Corporation as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring sidewalks on both sides of commercial streets be
deferred. The specific deferral is for sidewalk on east side of West 32"' Street and south side of Brown Street
for five (5) years or until abutting sidwalk construction, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
