AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ETC
ENGINEERS, INC., FOR 6T" STREET RAILROAD
UNDERPASS DRAINAGE, A 1998 REVENUE BOND
PROJECT.

WHEREAS, a $16,000,000 Revenue Bond was approved for improvement of streets and
drainage in City of Little Rock.
WHEREAS, 6T" Street railroad underpass drainage is a selected project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer and appropriate $1,190,000
from the 1998 Revenue Bond Fund and enter into an engineering services contract with ETC
Engineers, Inc., in the amount $100,712 ($91,557 plus 10% contingency) for 6' Street railroad
underpass drainage.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
