AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR CONCERT
STAGING LOCATED AT 9823 HILARO SPRINGS ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of
Little Rock for a warehouse building located at 9823 Hilaro Springs Road as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the
required minor arterial street improvements for Hilaro Springs Road , be deferred for
a period of five (5) years. The specific deferral is for pavement widening to 29.5 feet
from centerline with sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
