ORDINANCE NO. 17,809 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-6531 - Described as part of the NW %, Section
15, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more
particularly described as:
Starting at the intersection of the North right -
of -way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10 and
the East line of the SE %, NW Y4, said Section
15; thence N800581W along said North right -of-
way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10, 91.9
feet to a point; thence N800441W and continuing
along said North right -of -way line 180.52 feet;
thence continuing Westerly along said North

SECTION 2. That the 0-3 zoning shall be subject to the
following condition (proposed by the applicant) which shall
be a covenant running with the land to bind subsequent
grantees of the property.
o The properties described in Section 1 of this
ordinance shall be developed under a site plan
submitted to and approved by the Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
