AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED OFFICE
DISTRICT TITLED DAVIS OFFICE PARK - LONG -FORM
POD (Z -6504) LOCATED AT THE END OF TALLEY ROAD,
SOUTH OF COLONEL GLENN ROAD AND IMMEDIATELY EAST
OF INTERSTATE 430 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to POD.
Part of the West 1/ of the NE 1/ of Section 21, T -1 -N, R-
13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of the SW 1/ NE 1/, said
Section 21; thence N88 001124" W on the South line 483.8
feet to the East right -of -way of I -430; thence
N05 015109" E along said I -430 305.9 feet; thence
N14 °40'17" E along said I -430, 510.94 feet; thence
NO2 004153" W along said I -430, 258.24 feet; thence
N29 017144" E along said I -430, 683.72 feet; thence
13 1481491: E along said I -430 199.65 feet to a point on
the East line of the West 1/ NE 1/; thence SO1 026'17" W
along said East line of the West 1/, NE % 1,864.35 feet
to the Point of Beginning, containing 12.96 acres, more
or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Davis Office Park (Long -Form POD) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
