AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6508 - Described as part of Tract "A" Woodland
Heights Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Commencing at the NE corner of said Tract "A ";
thence N88 020155" West along the North line of
Tract "A" 196.0 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence S03 044.34" West 549.41 feet to a point on
the North right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway
10 (Cantrell Road); thence in a northwesterly
direction along the North right -of -way line of
said Highway the following courses: N48 000.03"
West 116.24 feet; N44000145" West 204.96 feet;
thence N45015108" West 227.53 feet; N48024134"
West 52.11 feet; thence N46041108" East 200.49
feet to a point on the North line of said Tract
"A"; thence S8802015511 East 319.48 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 3.40 acres, more
or less: From "R -2" Single Family to "0-3"
General Office. (11400 Cantrell Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
