AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z -6340 - Described as part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4,
Section 30, T -1 -S, R -12 -W of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SW 1/4 SW
1/4, Section 30, T -1 -S, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence North 820.52 feet (820 Deed);
thence East 30.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence due North 145.00 feet to a
point, thence S89 055159 "E 194.25 feet (196.6
Deed) to a point, thence S00 055'42 "E 145.00 feet
to a point; thence N89056,23 "W 196.60 feet to
the Point of Beginning, area containing 0.6505
acres more or less: From "R -2" Single Family
to "C -3" General Commercial District. (7001
Geyer Springs Road)
SECTION 2. Subject to the following condition which was
proposed by the applicant for the property described in
Section 1 of this Ordinance and which shall be a covenant
running with the land to bind subsequent grantees of the
property:
0 Access to this site shall only be from Geyer Springs
Road. There shall be no access to this site from
Browning Road.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
