ORDINANCE NO. 17,765 253
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED GREY ROCK --
SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 6199 -A) LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF CHENAL PARKWAY AND
GAMBLE ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 to PCD.
Part of Tracts 8 and 9, Hillvale Subdivision,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of the East 1/2, NE
1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence
S00 052'33 "W along the West line of the East 1/2,
NE 1/4 783.75 feet to a point on the westerly
line of Lot 1 Greyrock Subdivision, Little Rock,
Arkansas, recorded as Plat #F -103 in the records
of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, thence S32 044104 "W along the Westerly
line of said Lot 1 168.61 feet to the point of
beginning of the property herein described;
thence continue along the Westerly line of said
Lot 1 S00 052133 "W 381.77 feet to a point on the
Northerly right -of -way line of Chenal Parkway;
thence in a Westerly direction along the
Northerly right -of -way line of Chenal Parkway
the following courses: N83 041111 "W 112.45

203.04 feet; N56 026152 "W 105.0 feet; S85 051'00"
West 50.00 feet to a point on the East right -of-
way line of Gamble Road; thence N00 046136" East

N51055131" East 203.80 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 3.66 acres, more or less.
The above described property is also known as
Lots 2 and 3, Greyrock Subdivision, Little Rock,
Arkansas.

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Grey Rock (Short -form PCD) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of
the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
