AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A REVISED
PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT FOR LOTS 1 AND 2
OF THE SEVEN ACRES BUSINESS PARK -- LONG -
FORM POD (Z- 5038 -C) LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF CANTRELL ROAD, 200 FEET EAST OF
BELLA ROSA DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from POD to Revised
POD.
Part of the West 1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section
24, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as: Starting at
the SW corner of the West 1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4,
said Section 24; thence N0001.22 "W along the
West line of said West 1/2, NE 1/4, HE 1/4,
686.31 feet to the point of beginning; thence
N0 001122 "W and continuing along said West line,
537.98 feet to a point on the Southerly right -
of -way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10;
thence Southeasterly along said Southerly right -
of -way line the following bearings and
distances: S80 011121 "E, 2.53 feet;
574033139 "E, 133.34 feet; 581011136 "E, 112.94
feet; 587003118 "E, 191.06 feet and 582037134 "E,

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Seven Acres Business Park - Lots 1 and 2
(Revised Long -form POD) is conditioned upon obtaining a
final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,
Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
