AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TITLED REYNA /GLADDEN
-- LONG -FORM PID (Z- 4874 -A) LOCATED ON
THE WEST SIDE OF SHACKLEFORD ROAD,
APPROXIMATELY 1/2 MILE NORTH OF
STAGECOACH ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 to PID.
Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 22, T -1 -N, R-
13-W and part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 21,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the NE corner, SW 1/4 SW 1/4,
Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence S00 050.33"
West along the East line of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4,
Section 22 for a distance of 594.00 feet; thence
N89010127 "W for a distance of 40.0 feet to the
point of intersection with the West right -of -way
line of Shackleford Road and the Point of
Beginning; thence continue N89010127 "W for a
distance of 2,593.84 feet to a point on the West
line of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 21, said
point also being 594.0 feet South of the NW
corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, T -1-
N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence
S00053134 "W along the said West line of the SE
1/4 SE 1/4, Section 21, for a distance of 264.00
feet to a point 462.0 feet North of the SW
corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, T -1-
N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence
589010127 "E for a distance of 2,594.07 feet to a
point on the West right -of -way line of
Shackleford Road; thence N00050'33 "E along the
said West right -of -way line of Shackleford Road
for a distance of 264.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 15.72 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Reyna /Gladden (Long -form PID) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-
454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
