AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
16,782 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED KREMER SHORT -FORM PD -R
(Z -5873) SOUTHEAST CORNER OF MARKHAM AT
PARK STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,782 was passed on November
23, 1994 establishing a planned zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year
preliminary approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed
to complete the conditions of approval within the specified
time line; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" ordinance
and restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,782 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification Planned Development- Residential titled Kremer
Short -Form PD -R at southeast corner of West Markham Street
at Park Street.
SECTION 2. That the property described as: Lots 1
and 2, Block 4, Plunketts Second Addition be restored to R -3
Single Family as existed prior to the adoption of Ordinance
No. 16,782.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
