AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR BETHEL FREE WILL
BAPTIST CHURCH LOCATED AT 12611 CHICOT
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
a deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of
the City of Little Rock for Bethel Free Will Baptist Church located on 12611 Chicot, as
follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring construction of principal arterial
street improvements to Chicot Road be deferral for a period of five (5) years or
until further development, whichever occurs first . Applicant agrees to
dedicate right -of -way (55 feet from centerline) for Chicot Road.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
