AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6488 - Described as a part of the NE 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4,
Section 20, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the SE corner of the said NE 1/4 of
the NE 1/4, Section 20; thence 501006114 "E 94.74
feet along the East line of the said SE 1/4, NE
1/4, Section 20 to a point on the North right -
of -way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10;
thence along the said North right -of -way line
the following bearings and distances; N78 051154"
West 68.84; thence N40057140" West 49.27 feet;
thence N83 050137" West 196.68 feet; thence
S80040110" West 136.02 feet; thence S85 038116"
West 68.84 feet; thence departing said North

District. (Located on the north side of
Cantrell Road, approximately 800 feet east of

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
