ORDINANCE NO. _17,711
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE OF
MINIMUM LOT WIDTH FOR CALS SUBDIVISION -
REPLAT OF TRACT 2 (5- 1150 -A) LOCATED
WITHIN THE 300 BLOCK OF E. MARKHAM STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a variance of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for CALS
Subdivision - Replat of Tract 2 (5- 1150 -A) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -10 be amended to
permit Tract 2A with a lot width of 47.96 feet.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
