AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF CUL -DE-
SAC LENGTH FOR CHENAL VALLEY ADDITION, PHASE
15 LOCATED AT THE EAST SIDE OF CHENAL PARKWAY
AND SOUTH OF BAYONNE SUBDIVISION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
from certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Chenal
Valley Addition - Phase 15 (5- 867 -LLL) located at the east side of Chenal Parkway and south of
Bayonne Subdivision.
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of Section 31- 202(a),
which requires residential cul -de -sac to have length of 1000 feet. The permitted length
will be 1650 feet and include a sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
