17706v ORDINANCE NO. 17,706 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED RAYMOND RODGERS #2 SHORT -FORM PRD LOCATED AT 2022 and 2024 CUMBERLAND STREET (Z- 6417 -A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from R -4 to PRD. Lots 7 and 8, Block 417, Duvall's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That this PRD is established for the property owner, Raymond Rodgers, only and for his specific use. It shall not be converted or transferred to another person or business. SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Raymond Rodgers #2 (Short -Form PRD) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
