ORDINANCE NO. 17,693
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6457 - Described as South 72.0 feet of Lot l
and All of Lot 2, Block 181, Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas: From "0-3" General
Office to "R -5" Urban Residence District; AND
That portion of North State Street beginning at
a point on the West right -of -way line of the
said street 188 feet north of the SE corner of
Block 183 of the Original City of Little Rock;
thence North 94.8 feet to the South right -of -way
of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, thence
Southeasterly along said South right -of -way to
the East right -of -way of North State Street;
thence South along said East right -of -way 94.8
feet; thence West 62 feet to the Point of
Beginning: From "R -5" Urban Residence, "0-1"
Quiet Office and "0-3" General Office to "R -5"
Urban Residence District; AND

point on the West side of North State Street as
the same is now laid out and constructed, 145.05
feet North of the Center line of North Street,
where the West line of State Street intersects
said line as now laid out and constructed,
running thence in a southerly direction and on
the West side of said North State Street 145.05

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
