ORDINANCE NO. 17,691
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE 65' STREET WEST DISTRICT
FROM MULTI- FAMILY, SINGLE FAMILY AND
PARKS /OPEN SPACE TO LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL, OFFICE, PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL,
SUBURBAN OFFICE AND SERVICE TRADES; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Multi - family and Single Family south of
Talley Road adjacent to I -30 be amended to Suburban Office and
Low Density Residential on the Land Use Plan.
SECTION 2. That Parks /Open Space, Multi - family and
Single Family on the west side of Shackleford Road north of
Stagecoach Road be amended to Service Trades on the Land Use
Plan.
SECTION 3. That the Multi - family and Parks /Open Space on
the east side of Shackleford Road north of Stagecoach Road be
amended to Office and Public Institutional on the Land Use
Plan.
SECTION 4. That the Land Use Plan be changed from multi-
family, single family and parks /open space to low density
residential, office, public institutional, suburban office and
service trades on the attached sketch and be changed in the
Land Use Narrative.
