AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO BASELINE
ROAD FOR WEDGEWOOD CREEK SUBDIVISION
LOCATED AT 13401 BASELINE ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Wedgewood Creek Subdivision located at 13401 Baseline Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring boundary street improvements to
Baseline Road, be deferred until Phase II construction or for a period of two (2) years,
whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
