AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR DOYLE
SPRINGS MINI - STORAGE LOCATED AT 8801 DOYLE
SPRINGS ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Doyle Springs Mini - Storage located at 8801 Doyle Springs Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring boundary street improvements tq Doyle
Springs Road, be deferred until the Master Street Plan is amended to reclassify Doyle
Springs Road as a collector with residential standards at which time improvements will
not be required, or for a period of five (5) years, whichever occurs first.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -282, requiring a sidewalk on the frontage of Doyle
Springs Road be deferred until adjacent sidewalk is constructed or for a period of five
(5) years, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
