AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6453 - Described as part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4
of Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4
NW 1/4 of Section 11; thence N88 036113" West
along the South line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4
329.79 feet; thence N01050114" East 130.0 feet;
thence N88001139" West 34.94 feet; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Sections 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
