AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR . A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO
NORTON ROAD AND HIGHWAY 10 AT THE
KEENER VALLEY ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinance be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for
the City of Little Rock for Keener Valley Addition located at the southwest corner of Highway
10 and Norton Road as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring boundary street improvements
to Norton Road and construction of a sidewalk on Highway 10, be deferred
until the final plat of Lot 1 or for a period of five (5) years, whichever occurs
first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage,
