AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
COMMERCIAL STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR
WILSON COURT IN KANIS SOUTH ADDITION
LOCATED AT KANIS ROAD AND WILSON COURT.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Wilson Court in Kanis South Addition, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, maximum minor commercial cul -de -sac length of
300 feet, be waived to allow the proposed 1150 feet length for Wilson Court. The street will be
constructed to 36 feet wide with sidewalk on both sides.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
