AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
COMMERCIAL STREET REQUIREMENTS AND RIGHT -
OF -WAY DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR 1701 EAST
14TH STREET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for 1701 East 14' Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring boundary street improvements and right -
of -way dedication for Reyburn Street and East 14' Street, be deferred until existing
building is removed allowing for dedication of right -of -way and street improvements.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
