ORDINANCE NO. 17.635
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4270 -A - Described as a tract of land in the
NE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Starting at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence 587000100"
East, 278.00 feet; thence NO2 014100" East,
238.60 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing NO2 014100" East, 605.00 feet to the
Southerly right -of -way line of Arkansas State
Highway No. 5; thence N51 016120" East on said
Southerly right -of -way line, 48.36 feet; thence
continuing on said right -of -way, N70 016120"
East, 82.41 feet to the Westerly right -of -way of
Interstate Route No. 430; thence on said
Westerly right -of -way line the following,

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
