AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
ACCESS, FIRE HYDRANT SPACING AND STREET
IMPROVEMENTS REQUIREMENTS FOR COUNTRY
HOMES ADDITION REPLAT AT 10,400 BLOCK
CANTRELL ROAD (S- 1160).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waivers of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Little Rock
for Country Homes Addition Replat as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31- 201(f) be
waived to provide for private access easement to Lot
7 -R and that Chapter 31, Section 31 -406 be waived to
permit Lot 7 -R to be more than three hundred (300) feet
from the nearest fire hydrant and that Chapter 31,
Section 31 -397 be waived to permit continued access to
the subdivision over the current substandard Hwy. 10
Frontage Road, without installation of curb and
additional pavement.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
