AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
SIDEWALKS AND OF RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARKWAY MOTORS LOCATED AT
WEST MARKHAM AND ENTERGY COURT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Parkway Motors located at West Markham and Entergy Court, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -209, requiring sidewalks, be waived for Entergy Court
and on the east side of the existing private street to be dedicated to the City.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -282, requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master
Street Plan, be waived on existing private street to be from the west side of the
proposed sidewalk on the west side of the private street to the east side of the private
street.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
