AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO KIRK ROAD
FOR ARKANSAS SYSTEMS LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF KIRK ROAD AND SYSTEMS
DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Arkansas Systems located at the southwest corner of Kirk Road and Systems Drive, as
follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring boundary street improvements to Kirk
Road, be deferred for a period of five (5) years, when adjacent development occurs or
access to Kirk Road is taken, which ever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
