ORDINANCE NO. 173617
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6018 - Described as part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4
of Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4
of said Section 2; thence S1 037142 "W, 144.20';
thence East, 7.86 feet; thence S48 014158 "E,
28.95 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing S48 014158 "E, 502.25 feet; thence
N79 057.28 "W, 85.48 feet; thence N79056'56 "w,
127.20 feet; thence N87034113 "w, 134.37 feet;
thence N54005125 "W, 47.58 feet; thence
N01037'42 "E, 263.84 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 1.21 acres, more or less:
From "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
Less and Except the following described tract:
A parcel of land within the above described area
identified as floodway area within the flood
hazard boundary. Flood hazard boundary
identified, for purpose of the above land
description, on Flood Insurance Rate Map for the

revised November 3, 1993: which is hereby
zoned "OS" Open Space District. (8700 Block of
Cunningham Lake Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
