AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4863 -A - Described as a tract of land situated
in the NW '/a NE 'A of Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a W, rebar at the NE corner of the
NW %, NE % , said Section 9; thence 502031'27 "W
along the East line of said NW %, NE '/4, for a
distance of 50.01 feet to the South right -of -way
line of Mabelvale West Road; thence N88048138 "W
along said right -of -way line 480.00 feet; thence
502031127 "W along the West right -of -way line of
Otter Creek East Boulevard 220.22 feet to the
point of beginning at the SE corner of Lot 10R,
Area 102, Otter Creek Industrial Park; thence
continuing 502031127 "W along said right -of -way
line 313.81 feet to the NE corner of Lot 8, Area
102, Otter Creek Industrial Park; thence
N87028127 "W along the North line of said Lot 8
for a distance of 224.84 feet to the NW corner
thereof; thence N02031'27 "E 148.86 feet to a
point on the South line of Lot 2, Area 102,

along the South line of said Lot 2 to the SE
corner thereof 1.30 feet; thence N02004.43 "E

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
