17583ORDINANCE NO. 17,583 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING SIDEWALK AND A WAIVER OF RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR KITCHEN EXPRESS LOCATED AT 4600 ASHER AVENUE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral and waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Kitchen Express located at 4600 Asher Avenue, as follow: Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring boundary street improvements to Asher Avenue, Adams Street, and 31" Street, be deferred for a period of five (5) years including sidewalk or until adjacent development, whichever occurs first. Subsection b. That Section 31 -282, requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master Street Plan be waived to allow the following: a. Asher Avenue right -of -way of 35 feet from centerline of street and a 10 feet wide utility and drainage easement. b. Adams Street right -of -way of 25 feet from centerline of street with a 5 feet wide utility and drainage easement. c. West 3 V Street right -of -way of 25 feet from centerline of street. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
