AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF DRIVEWAY
SPACING PROVISIONS AND FOR A DEFERRAL OF THE
SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR HERAL ENTERPRISES,
INC., 9110 LEW DRIVE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver
and deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the
City of Little Rock for the proposed building addition to Herald Enterprises, Inc., as follow:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210, limiting one driveway or access point for each 300
feet of frontage be waived to provide for three (3) driveways with 160 foot and 180 foot
spacing.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -209, which requires a sidewalk to be constructed along
streets abutting commercial development, be deferred until further development or five
(5) years, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
