ORDINANCE NO. 17,580
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION OF A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A POD AMENDED LONG -
FORM TITLED SEVEN ACRES BUSINESS PARK -
AMENDED LOT 4 AT NUMBER 5, SEVEN ACRES
DRIVE (Z- 5038 -C); AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
17,118, AND CHAPTER 36, SECTION 36 -176 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,118, passed on
February 20, 1996, be amended to provide for modification of
the District described as SEVEN ACRES BUSINESS PARK -- LONG -
FORM PLANNED OFFICE DEVELOPMENT (Z- 5038 -B).
SECTION 2. That the revised Site Development Plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission, which plan provides for the placement of a 120
foot Alltel Communications Tower and equipment building on
Lot 4, Seven Acres Business Park Subdivision, as long as
Alltel maintains trees for landscaping, such as Lombardy
Poplars, at the site of the tower.
SECTION 3. That the establishment of the Seven Acres
Business Park POD, (amended) is conditioned on obtaining the
final executed plan within the time specified by Article
VII, Section 36 -354, Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon approval of the final plan.
