ORDINANCE NO. 17,576
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO REALLOCATE FUNDS FROM
SPECIAL PROJECTS ACCOUNTS FOR THE
HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has attempted to ensure that
valid selection procedures are used for Police Officer selection and promotion to
higher ranks within the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, to ensure that this process is completed properly and the selection
devices are validated, the services of a consultant have been secured through the
Request for Qualification process; and
WHEREAS, the projected total cost of this project exceeds the amount
budgeted for that purpose and it is recommended that funds previously appropriated to
special project finds be reallocated for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to reallocate funding from account
number 210 -112 -0163 and account number 210 - 112 -0422 in the amount of $23,034.76
to the Human Resources Contracts account number 100 - 112 - 1200 -6081.
