AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PARKS MASTER
PLAN (14,517) REMOVING A PORTION OF THE
RIVER MOUNTAIN NEIGHBORHOOD EXPANSION AREA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That in Chart #2 Proposed New Park Site Legal
Descriptions #31. 12A (NP) River Mountain Neighborhood Park
Expansion the portion reading All of the area contained in the
SE1 14 , SE 114, SW1 14, Section 17, T 2 N R 13 W, and the SW
114, SW 114, SE 114, Section 17, T 2 N, R 13 W is removed.
SECTION 2. That the area described in Section 1 be
removed from the Parks Master Plan.
