ORDINANCE NO. 17,545
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR WAIVER OF MINIMUM LOT
SIZE REQUIREMENTS ON NEW HAMPTON INN
PRELIMINARY PLAT (5 -1140) AT 1300 BLOCK OF
SHACKLEFORD ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 36, Section 36 -300 of the Code
of Ordinances be amended to provide for variance of certain
requirements within the Zoning Regulations of the City of
Little Rock for the New Hampton Inn (5 -1140) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 36, Section 36- 300(e)(2) be
amended to provide for establishing a C -2 zoned and
platted lot less than the required five acre minimum
lot size.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
