AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6335 - Described as part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4
of Section 32, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4
of Section 32; thence South along the West line
of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4 70.5 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N88 057.35 "E 162.5 feet to the
West right -of -way line of the C.R.I. & P.
Railroad; thence S18 007115 "E along the West
right -of -way line of said railroad 52.11 feet;
thence S88 057135 11W 178.7 feet to a point on the
West line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North
along the West line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4 49.82
feet to the point of beginning, containing 8,496
square feet or 0.195 acres, more or less: From
"I -2" Industrial to "C -3" General Commercial
District. (1619 Rebsamen Park Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
