AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6336 - Described as a part of the NE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, being
more fully described as follows: Beginning at
the SW corner of the said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
and run thence NO2 016100 11E along the West line
thereof for a distance of 667.76 feet; run
thence 587040111 "E for a distance of 624.19
feet; run thence NO2 028159 "E for a distance of
416.36 feet; run thence S87 032.10 "E for a
distance of 300.00 feet; run thence NO2 028145 "E
for a distance of 279.95 feet to the South
right -of -way of Baseline Road; run thence
S87041144 "E along said South right -of -way of
Baseline Road for a distance of 336.29 feet; run
thence 501039127 "W for a distance of 570.13
feet; run thence S02 041115 "W for a distance of
791.68 feet to the SE corner of said NE 1/4 NW
1/4; run thence N87045100 "W along the South line
thereof for 1,263.34 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 27.69 acres more or less:
From "MF -6" Multifamily, "MF -12" Multifamily and
"OS" Open Space to "R -2" Single Family District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
