4 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE POLICE
5 DEPARTMENT'S DOWNTOWN AND SOUTHWEST PATROL DIVISIONS
6 INTO THE NORTHWEST PATROL DIVISION.

8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Police Department's Northwest Division facility is
9 nearing completion; and
10 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors that 1997 budget funds
11 from the Police Department's Downtown and Southwest Patrol Divisions be transferred
12 to the Northwest Patrol Division line item accounts so as to operate the division for the
13 remainder of 1997.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
15 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
16 SECTION 1. The sum of $1,643,428 is hereby appropriated from the Police
17 Department's Downtown (5500) and Southwest Patrol Division (5510) budgets to be
18 transferred to the Northwest Patrol Division line item budget accounts.
