ORDINANCE NO. 17,527 488
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE 15,738
LITTLE ROCK GENERAL PLAN AND ADOPT THE
ELEMENTS FOR THE GENERAL PLAN FOR LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock General Plan is a summary
document of other documents; and,
WHEREAS, the original source documents changed; and,
WHEREAS, the City has a Master Street Plan, Land use
Plan, Parks Master Plan and Neighborhood Action Plans; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff and Little Rock Planning
Commission agree that these documents provide the basis for
the General Plan for Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Little Rock General Plan (Ordinance
15,738) is repealed.
SECTION 2. The City Land Use Plan (Ordinance 16,222)
and its amendments is a part of the General Plan for Little
Rock.
SECTION 3. The Master Street Plan (Ordinance 15,519)
and its amendments is a part of the General Plan for Little
Rock.
SECTION 4. The Parks System Master Plan (Ordinance
14,517) and its amendments is a part of the General Plan for
Little Rock.
SECTION 5. The Neighborhood Action Plans (John Barrow,
Capitol View /Stifft Station -- Woodruff, Cloverdale /Watson)
are a part of the General Plan for Little Rock.
