AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A
CONDITIONAL WAIVER OF BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES FOR LOTS 1 AND 2 OF KEENER
VALLEY ADDITION LOCATED AT NORTON
ROAD AND HWY 10.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
a conditional waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and
Master Street Plan of the City of Little Rock for Lots 1 and 2 of Keener Valley
Addition, located at Norton Road and Highway 10, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half
of the required Master Street Plan improvements for Norton Lane and Hwy 10
be conditionally waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 31 -143.
The specific conditional waiver is for residential street improvements for
Norton Lane and principal arterial improvements, for Highway 10 including
sidewalks.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
