AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3915 -A - Described as those portions of the
North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13-
w, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner
of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 said corner begin on
the South right -of -way line of Otter Creek Road,
thence 589022140" East 42.11 feet along said South
right -of -way line; departing from said South
right -of -way line, thence S22040145" E 141.28 feet
to the North right -of -way line of Interstate
Highway #30; thence 543015100" west 2,125.94 feet
along said North right -of -way line of Interstate
Highway #30; departing from said North right -of-
way line, thence N01022149" East 1,649.37 feet to
the South right -of -way line of Otter Creek Road;
thence N78038123" East 95.23 feet along said South
right -of -way; thence 588038123" East 440.9 feet
along said South right -of -way line; thence

along said South right -of -way line to the Point of

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
