AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6287 - Described as part of Section 7, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: Commencing at the
SE corner of said Section 7; thence North along
the East line of Section 7, 1,855.35' to the
Point of Beginning; thence continue North along
said East line 945.561; thence N65 021' West
377.15' to the South right -of -way of Highway #5;
thence 547039' West 1,088.42' along said right -
of -way; thence S54 014157" West along a curve to
the right with a Chord Distance of 209.261;
thence S09 013150" East 660.031; thence
N76 023157" East 1,120.431; thence N13 048147"
West 116.58'; thence N71049157" East 115.7' to
the Point of Beginning. Containing 29.43 acres,
more or less: From "R -2 ", Single Family to "R-
7" Mobile Home Park District.
Less and Except the following described tract:

identified as floodway area within the flood
hazard boundary. Flood hazard boundary
identified, for purpose of the above land

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
