ORDINANCE NO. 17,516
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (ORDINANCE NO. 16,222) IN THE OTTER
CREEK PLANNING DISTRICT SOUTH OF THE OTTER
CREEK SUBDIVISION AND ALONG STAGECOACH
ROAD; FROM VARIOUS LAND USES TO PARK /OPEN
SPACE AND MOBILE HOME.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Staff after
review of the area believes it is appropriate to modify the
plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after conducting a
public hearing on the issue recommends the Plan be modified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION ONE. An area south of the Otter Creek
Subdivision and north of Stagecoach Road is changed from
Single Family to Park /Open Space.
SECTION TWO. An area south of Stagecoach Road, north
of Interstate 30, and east of Briner Circle is changed from
Mixed Commercial Industrial to Mobile Home.
SECTION THREE. An area south of Stagecoach Road, north
of Redgate Drive, and east of County Line Road is changed
from Neighborhood Commercial to Mobile Home.
SECTION FOUR. The Plan Map is amended as shown on the
attached sketch map.
