AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 358
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6284 - Described as a tract of land situated
in the South 1/2, SE 1/4 of Section 4, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4, SE
1/4 of said Section 4; thence along the South
line of said Section 4, S88047125" East 710.90
feet to the SW corner of Mabelvale West Church
of Christ property, N01012135" East 880.53 feet
to a point on the future southerly right -of -way
line of 1 -30 and I -430 interchange, said point
also being the point of beginning; thence along
said future southerly right -of -way line
574031103" West 313.20 feet; thence continuing
along said future southerly line with the
following bearings and distances: N86048139"
West 250.00 feet; N77034139" West 824.47 feet to
a point on the existing southerly right -of -way
line of the I -30 and I -430 interchange; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval. 359
