ORDINANCE NO. 17 484
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6283 - Described as part of Lot 16, West
Markham Street Subdivision, lying South of West
Markham Street and North of Birchwood Addition
in the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
City of Little Rock, County of Pulaski, State of
Arkansas, and being more particularly described

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full.force from and after its passage and approval.
